Online Payments

Consultation, Agreement, Payment

Once you’ve had your bankruptcy consultation and signed your retainer agreement, you can make payments toward your Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case by sending a check payable to David I. Steinberg Law Group, LLC to 8630 Fenton Street, Silver Spring, MD 20910.

Work will begin on your case as soon as the initial fee has been paid in full.

All funds are processed in the United States.

Refunds

Should you change your mind about pursuing a bankruptcy, our refund policy is as follows:

  • The first $300 toward a bankruptcy is non-refundable.
  • Additional refund amounts are prorated according to work performed up to the time the refund is requested.
  • After the bankruptcy petition and plan are completed, refunds requested prior to filing a bankruptcy claim with the court will not exceed $200.
  • Once the bankruptcy claim has been filed with the court, no refunds will be given.
